Building our own platforms keeps us honest about what it takes to make intelligence work in a live business. Building for clients shows us which problems are worth solving at platform scale.
What we believe
AI capability is becoming abundant. Applied intelligence is not.
Models will improve. Infrastructure will get cheaper. Software will get faster to build. What stays scarce is judgement: knowing where intelligence belongs in a business, designing it into the way work actually happens, and holding it to a commercial result.

Jayakiran (JK) Pagadala
Founder, Product and Strategy
JK is a technology and delivery leader with more than 25 years of experience building and running large-scale technology programmes across India, the US and Europe, with leadership roles at HCL, Accenture, Microsoft, CGI, Anthem (Elevance Health), T-Mobile and Wyndham / Travel + Leisure.
He is also a co-founder of HiraCloud.ai, an agentic talent intelligence platform for Global Capability Centres and offshore development centres. Taking an AI-native platform from concept to enterprise deployment there shapes how Mosaic builds today.
